ASTRAL PLANES is a journey deep into the subconscious mind and higher realms of thought and spirit.

This music features frequencies in the Delta range, which is associated with deep levels of sleep, DNA restoration, relaxation, and peace of mind. The technique used to entrain Delta is both monaural and binaural beats, and although the best method to listen to this music is with headphones, it is not essential due to the presence of the monaural frequencies. Typically, for most people, it takes 7 to 10 minutes to enter brainwave sync, however, with practice the mind can alter states of consciousness within moments.

Each track has the intention to set a mind-space for healing, meditation and transformation.

This music herein contains sounds of worldly vocal overtones, Hemp Didjeridu and Cedar Native American flute.
